I have a “pace setter” style of leadership.  My coaching experience with Bud Roth helped me slow down enough to listen to others carefully, ask questions, value their thoughts and understand their POV.  I slowed down to listen patiently, think about residual impact and still remain very productive.  I learned about myself, the impact I have on others and develop a higher level of emotional intelligence.
