(Bud) Roth
Bud
is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience working with
Fortune 500 companies. He has in-depth experience in change management,
organizational development, selecting and developing good talent,
and international expatriate management. Bud's corporate background
includes financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, and
information technology. He has successfully coached executives and
senior managers from small businesses to large corporations.
Bud has
worked in a wide variety of corporate environments including a 3-year
assignment in Singapore with PepsiCo International,
an officer position at MasterCard International
and Conseco, and a director at Boise
Cascade, Novartis and PHH Group.
He has worked through mergers, fast changing business conditions,
and survival strategies. Bud renewed organizations to meet current
business conditions. His organizational development strategies have
been applied to help corporations succeed over the long term. He
has also developed a coaching and consulting process to support
pre-expatriates, current expatriates, and expatriates returning
from foreign assignments. He brings creative solutions that impact
each unique business situation.
Bud started
his own consulting business, Roth Consulting Group (RCG), in 2000.
RCG focuses on team and executive coaching, organizational renewal
and expatriate support. Bud has implemented results-oriented coaching
environments, improved individual and business performance, and
helped executives balance their personal lives while improving their
leadership performance. Roth Consulting Group's list of clients
includes Procter and Gamble, Saint Clair Press, Smurfit-Stone
Container Corp., Steak 'n Shake, Langham, and Harding Poorman Group.

Bud has seven
years of sales experience and an extensive track record in training
and development. He has demonstrated his abilities in process improvement,
changing organizational culture, and developing "vision-to-action"
planning for executive teams.
Bud has a B.A.
degree in Business from Carthage College, achieved his Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation and obtained his Professional
Certification in Individual & Organizational Coaching.from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
