Renewing
Teams
This is a 1-day workshop that breaks down team behaviors, exposes
what is needed to improve team performance and prepares a team development
plan that everyone buys into. The second half of the day acknowledges
personal responsibility to the team, personal purpose and a personal
plan for individual development. This workshop works best as a forerunner
to team coaching.
Planning
for Change
This is a half-day workshop that helps people manage themselves
through existing or impending changes. Every individual walks away
with a clear understanding of what they can and can’t control.
The personal awareness they acquire and the plan they create leads
them to choices and decisions of how to get through the changes,
serve their personal purpose or change career directions. The workshop
can have 50 people participate. This is an excellent way of preparing
a workforce for organizational changes, mergers, downsizing, process
changes or re-deployment. The workshop helps provide them some control
and lets them know you care about them. This experience is a great
morale buster!
Leading
Through Rapid Change
This workshop has participants work with a variety of change models
to plan a change effort for their own organization. “Leading
Through Rapid Change” is a 1-day session followed by 3 to
4 sessions of “live action coaching”* with each participating
team to insure effective implementation of their plans. Each 1-day
session can contain as many as 3 different leadership teams. (5-8
team members each) The plans will be presented to sponsoring executives
or bosses before implementing the plan.
*Coaching while they are actually doing their work.
Team
Assessment and Development
The objective of this process and workshop is to have each team
member understand who they really are and understand the desires,
habits and strengths of each team member. This result is leveraging
the strengths of team members to generate higher team performance.
The process includes a 10 minute, online assessment, confidential
individual feedback and coaching (1 hour), a two-hour team feedback
meeting, independent team development plan, personal development
plan, 2-3 team coaching meetings (1 hour each) and possible individual
coaching as needed.
