HR Indiana Annual Conference

Bud recently spoke at the HR Indiana Annual Conference on August 30 for the statewide Society of Human Resources Management. 160 HR professionals were in attendance. Joe Rice, Director of Human Resources at Mike’s Car Wash, co-presented with Bud to share how Mike’s is creating a coaching culture. Joe, Bud and others at Mike’s are successfully creating a coaching culture after four previous attempts with other training organizations. Bud’s process works because the “Coach Right Now!” processes includes a comprehensive approach with extensive reinforcement and integration assistance.

Mike’s Car Wash has 800 employees and 43 locations throughout Indiana and Ohio. Mike’s is repeatedly recognized as one of the best places to work in Indiana and one of the most successful businesses in the state. Bud has trained about 100 managers at Mike’s.
